The apartment is part of the Tour As apartment group, which, in addition to comfortable accommodation, offers a wide range of additional services for both business and tourist stays, for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals.

The apartment is elegantly furnished. It has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, utensils, large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table and living area with a comfortable sofa that converts into an additional bed (140 x 200 cm). The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The apartment has a balcony with seating where guests can enjoy warm days. The apartment has an LCD TV, free wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, air conditioning, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen, and towels.

It is located on the first floor of a newer building with an elevator, which provides access to a parking space in the underground garage (only for passenger cars that do not exceed 5 m in length). Parking is included in the price.

  • The rental price includes the use of bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, internet access, electricity, heating, water, standard ordinary end-of-stay cleaning after departure.

    Extraordinary cleaning, however, is subject to a surcharge - from 45 eur up and refers to: trash not placed in the appropriate public bins, dishes and plates left unwashed, excessive dirt and any other behavior that falls outside common sense.

    At stays that are not longer than 10 to 14 days the price includes as well a 1x change of bedding; at longer stays also weekly cleaning with change of bedding and towels is included.
