  •   Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you by e-mail and phone before arrival and send you the exact address, directions, and the code for collecting the key. Check-in is self-service and available between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., with no waiting: by the entrance to the accommodation there is a secure key safe with a numeric code. Enter the code you received, take the key, and let yourself in. We do not have a separate reception – key collection and check-in take place at the accommodation address itself. Throughout your stay we are reachable by phone for any questions and are happy to recommend trips and local attractions. On departure, please return the key to the safe and lock the door; check-out is available between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

  • Good to know before booking:

    We are located in the countryside, in the peaceful setting of a farm homestead; expect natural and farm sounds nearby, with access via a paved road.
    Check-in is self-service via a key safe with a code; please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance. A valid ID is required on arrival for the legally mandatory guest registration.
    Tourist tax and promotional tax are not included in the price; they are charged per person per night according to the municipal rate and settled on arrival.
    Home-cooked local food is served by prior arrangement (ordered in advance); it is not available without notice.
    Smoking is not permitted indoors; it is allowed outside. Please respect quiet hours and the property.
    Free parking is available at the property.
    Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
    The property occasionally hosts closed groups and celebrations.

Nearby you'll find the ski slopes and hiking trails of Rogla, the Zreče thermal spa for unwinding, and the picturesque town of Slovenske Konjice with its famous castle and wine-growing hills. The location is an excellent base for hiking, cycling and exploring local farms, wine roads and cuisine. Peace, nature and authentic countryside within easy reach.
