The apartments are a part of apartments Tour As Ljubljana group and offers, whether travelling for leisure or business, a comfortable stay for both short and longer periods.
Recently renovated, fully furnished air-conditioned apartments are on the 1st floor of a low traditional building without elevator.
There are some public parking places on the street in front of the building (payable at parking-machine). For long-term parking there is payable public parking place approx. 300 meters away.
For larger groups we have another 3 apartments in the same building.

This attractive air-conditioned and spacious apartment is located in historical centre on Rimska cesta, behind the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Drama theater and in vicinity to congress center Cankarjev dom, just a step away from tourist attractions, only 800 m away from main square. It is in the 1st floor of the low traditional building. Apartment is modern equipped. It has bedroom with two twin beds. In the spacious living area there is a kitchen with large refrigerator, glass-ceramic oven, stove, dinning corner, comfortable sofa, writing desk and LCD TV. Above the kitchen part there is a low gallery with additional mattress bed (140 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with massage shower and Miele washing machine. The apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, towels, linen, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access.

Kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator, glass-ceramic oven, stove, all the needed cooking utensils, cutlery. In the living area there is a sofa which falls down to bed (140 x 200 cm), telephone, LCD TV and dinning table for 4 persons. From the living room there is an entrance to the bedroom with two twin beds and writing desk. The apartment is also equipped with a telephone, CATV, free broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access, linen and towels.

The common reception of Apartments Tour As Ljubljana is located at Mala ulica 8, near the City Hotel, at the entrance to the old town’s pedestrian zone.
Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00, departure is until 10:00, unless agreed otherwise.

For late arrival from 21:00 to 00:00 there is an additional charge of 21 EUR; for night arrival after 00:00 there is an additional charge of 38 EUR. All cancellations after the expiry of the free cancellation period will be charged at 30% of the total price of accommodation.

The surcharge for additional cleaning of kitchen (dirty dishes, glassware, cutlery, tableware, etc.): 48 €
The surcharge for additional final cleaning, if the apartment is not adequately clean at the departure: 25 €
